Honor Fills Out C-Suite, Harbors Home Health Names CEO

Honor Technology reveals new leadership appointments

Honor Technology announced the appointments of Matt Klitus as chief financial officer and Shawn Lindquist as chief legal officer.

“Matt and Shawn bring the kind of operational and strategic depth we need as we grow to meet the rapidly increasing demand for in-home care for the aging population,” Honor CEO and co-founder Seth Sternberg said in a statement. “Their deep experience in care delivery, governance and financial systems will help us continue to scale and deliver on our mission to change the way society cares for older adults.”

As CFO, Klitus will oversee the finance, accounting and corporate development functions for Honor and its consumer in-home care brand Home Instead. He most recently served as CFO at behavioral health provider Lyra Health. Before Lyra, he held senior roles at MassHealth, managing the state’s $16 billion Medicaid budget, and at Cityblock, leading home-based care operations for high-risk populations.

Lindquist has nearly 30 years of experience in corporate and securities law and governance, he has held executive leadership roles at high-growth public and private companies, including several where he helped guide successful IPOs and exits. He began his career as a corporate securities attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.

San Francisco-based Honor is a home care tech company that owns Home Instead.

Quigg named CEO of Harbors Home Health

Harbors Home Health and Hospice announced David Quigg as its CEO.

Quigg, who has been with the organization for nearly two and a half years and has served as interim CEO since May, is a real estate broker with Quigg & Co. Real Estate in Hoquiam, Washington.

Harbors Home Health and Hospice was founded in 1981 as a nonprofit. The agency provides in-home skilled nursing, therapy, pain control, emotional support and hospice services to patients in Long Beach, Washington, and surrounding areas.

Element Care PACE names Zizza as CMO

Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provider Element Care appointed Dr. Anthony Zizza as its new chief medical officer. Zizza is a Harvard-trained geriatric medicine leader with over 10 years of experience.

Element Care serves over 1,100 PACE participants and 1,850 Senior Care Options members across communities in Essex County, Merrimack Valley and Greater Boston.

“We’re pleased to welcome Dr. Zizza as our new CMO, whose distinguished background in senior care and geriatric medicine will lead Element Care into a new chapter of offering exceptional care for our participants,” Doug Thompson, CEO at Element Care, said in a statement. “His experience and passion for being a leader in senior care will allow us to help seniors live meaningful, independent lives while receiving coordinated, interdisciplinary health care.”

Zizza joins Element Care from Optum at Home as chief of longitudinal care, geriatrics, and interdisciplinary care. He has also brings , bringing previous experience leading multidisciplinary teams and providing comprehensive medical care at the PACE Program at Cambridge Health Alliance and Harvard Medical School. He also previously served as associate medical director of Compassus Hospice. As a former market and regional clinical leader at Landmark Health, he supported value-based care in geriatrics, boosting the organization’s growth, scalability and efficiency across national teams and shared services in senior care.

Sethna appointed as Option Care Health CFO

Option Care Health has appointed Meenal Sethna as executive vice president and CFO, effective Oct. 1. Sethna succeeds Mike Shapiro, who will step down as CFO on Sept. 30.

Shapiro will stay with the company as a strategic advisor through the first quarter of 2026 to keep helping develop its strategy and ensure a smooth transition.

Based in Bannockburn, Illinois, Option Care Health is one of the nation’s largest independent providers of home and alternative site infusion services. It offers these services across all 50 states, with over 7,500 team members and 4,500 clinicians.

Sethna has over 30 years of experience in various industries. Most recently, she was the executive vice president and CFO of Littelfuse Inc., an industrial technology manufacturing firm, where she oversaw finance and accounting, tax and treasury, investor relations, digital and information technology and supply chain operations.

Baptist Health announces Sarah C. Sanders as executive VP and CCO

Baptist Health has named Sarah C. Sanders as executive vice president and chief consumer officer, effective Sept. 8.

Sanders will oversee all marketing, communications, digital strategy, advertising, community impact and engagement efforts to strengthen the connection between the health system and the communities it serves across Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia. As CCO, she will lead initiatives that improve the patient experience and ensure all communication and outreach strategies support the company’s reputation.

Based in Jacksonville, Florida, Baptist Health is a community-oriented health system dedicated to making health care more accessible. The organization offers a comprehensive range of preventive and specialty services through its more than 200 outpatient locations, six hospitals, home health services and virtual care options.

“Sarah is an innovative and mission-focused leader with a remarkable ability to get to the heart of a community’s health care needs,” Michael A. Mayo, president and CEO of Baptist Health, said in a statement. “Her leadership will be invaluable as we continue to build meaningful relationships with our patients, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and cared for throughout every step of their health care journey.”

Sanders has over 20 years of leadership experience in marketing and communications within health care and academic medical settings. She joins Baptist Health from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Health, where she served as vice president and chief marketing and communications officer.
